Grievance Redressal
We value your feedback and take concerns relating to our website and enquiry process seriously. This page explains how to raise a concern and where to direct complaints relating to an independent third-party broker.
Please note: Hullaards Securities’ website enquiry and referral role is distinct from the regulated services provided by an independent registered broker. Complaints about brokerage, trading, demat accounts, orders, settlements or broker services should be raised directly with the relevant service provider through its official grievance channels.
01 Our Grievance Redressal Approach
Hullaards Securities aims to handle concerns relating to its own website, communications and enquiry/referral process fairly and professionally.
We encourage visitors to explain their concern clearly and provide relevant details so that we can review matters relating to our activities. Any review by Hullaards Securities is limited to matters within its role and control.

05 Complaints About a Registered Broker
If your complaint concerns a broker or another independent financial service provider, please raise it directly through that provider’s official customer support and grievance redressal mechanism.
This includes complaints about:
- Account opening, KYC or demat/trading account access.
- Order placement, execution, cancellation or settlement.
- Brokerage, charges, funds, securities or account statements.
- Trading platforms, broker staff or services delivered by the broker.
Please verify the provider’s current registration and use its official contact details. Where applicable, you may review the relevant regulator’s official complaint and escalation process, including SEBI’s SCORES platform and the applicable online dispute resolution mechanism. Eligibility and procedure depend on the nature of the complaint and the relevant rules.

06 Review and Response
We will make reasonable efforts to review grievances concerning our own activities and respond or seek clarification where appropriate.
The time needed to respond may depend on the nature and completeness of the information provided. Any response timeline published by us must reflect our actual internal process and applicable legal obligations.
Submission of a grievance does not guarantee a particular outcome. If the matter relates to a third-party provider, we may be unable to investigate or resolve it on that provider’s behalf.
07 Escalation of Your Concern
If your concern about Hullaards Securities remains unresolved, please reply to the existing correspondence and clearly mark your message as an escalation.
A designated grievance officer, escalation email, response deadline or statutory escalation route should be displayed here only after it has been formally confirmed and implemented by the company.
For a complaint against an independent registered broker, use that broker’s official escalation process and the applicable regulatory channels.
